Board

The Board is responsible for managing the business of the Faculty and for ensuring that the Faculty’s functions, objects and powers are carried out in accordance with Standing Orders and with the Charities Act 1993 and any amendments thereof.

It meets five times a year.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee makes proposals on, and oversees the implementation of, FPH organisational policies. It acts on behalf of the Board on delegated matters and matters of urgency, and controls the Faculty’s financial affairs in accordance with Board policies.

The committee generally meets four times a year.
