Business Plan

Approved by the Board on 11 November, the 2010 FPH business plan has now been published.

The plan sets out FPH priorities and goals for 2010 by:

  • Outlining how we will build on our achievements and developmental work
  • Articulating the outcomes we will achieve and the strategies and activities that we will undertake in order to accomplish them
  • Identifying the resource implications of our proposed activities, projects and programmes.
  • The plan will become operational from 1 January 2010 and throughout the course of the year, the Board will monitor and evaluate the organisation’s progress against the key priorities and deliverables contained within the plan.
