Distinction grades of membership
More information on the four distinction grades of membership - Membership through distinction, Fellowship though distinction, Honorary Membership and Honorary Fellowship - is available in the Membership section of the website.
FPH opens 2012 round for distinction and honorary grades of membership.
All Fellows of the Faculty of Public Health are invited to submit nominations for the 2012 proposals round for the following distinction grades of membership:
- Membership through distinction
- Fellowship through distinction
- Honorary Membership
- Honorary Fellowship.
If you are a Fellow of FPH and wish to propose candidates for these grades of membership please download the guidance notes [174KB pdf] and a 2012 proposal form [93KB Word doc] here. The round will close on 30 November 2011.
