How to set up a Special Interest Group

The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) is keen to support the development of Special Interest Groups (SIGs). Whilst FPH does not prescribe the number of SIGs or their areas of focus, it is important that SIGs support the delivery of FPH’s strategy.

Members wishing to set up a new SIG will be required to complete a New SIG Request Proforma [link to online? and downloadable form] setting out a clear business case for the establishment of the new group. No restrictions will be placed on the number of members joining a SIG.
