Distinction grades of membership

FPH opens 2010 round for distinction and honorary grades of membership.
August 2008
All Fellows of the Faculty of Public Health are invited to submit nominations for the 2010 proposals round for the following distinction grades of membership:
• Membership through distinction
• Fellowship through distinction
• Honorary Membership
• Honorary Fellowship.
If you are a Fellow of FPH and wish to propose candidates for these grades of membership please download the guidance notes [162KB pdf] and a 2010 proposal form [90KB word] here. The round will close on 30 November 2009.
