The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) produces a variety of publications on its own and in partnership.

A directory of toolkits, reports, briefing statements and position statements is available here.


These include:

  • Journal of Public Health coverToolkits to support public health specialists implementing local public health programmes
  • Reports on a number of public health issues
  • Briefing statements - quick and easy guides to public health topics
  • Position statements highlighting FPH policies on a given issue. They are also advocacy tools for health professionals and organisations
  • Our quarterly magazine, Public Health Today, and monthly e-bulletins for our members
  • The quarterly scientific journal, the Journal of Public Health (right), produced in partnership with Oxford University Press.

Advertising in the Journal of Public Health

The journal offers advertising in both print and digital channels allowing you to select only the options which best fit your specific requirements. Each issue of the journal reaches over 3,400 public health professionals, and the website receives visits from over 19,000 unique users each month. 

Geo-targeting is also available by region in print, and by region and/or country online, allowing your message to be delivered exactly where you need it.

Downloading FPH publications

Most FPH publications can be downloaded from our website. In the interests of the environment we encourage the use of digital publications.
