The Faculty of Public Health's AI Special Interest Group has produced a new poster campaign: "Check, Show, Go”, to encourage Public Health professionals to check outputs, share how they’ve used AI at work, and practice responsible use.
Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and others are being used throughout society in personal and professional lives. AI has huge potential to improve the way we work but it also has limitations. In a high-stakes profession like Public Health, we should use AI in a safe and responsible way to make sure we make the best decisions for our populations.
By following these simple steps, we can lead the way in being open about how we use AI to benefit population health.
Feel free to use them as screen savers, share them with colleagues, and you could even put them up in office toilet cubicles.
