The Faculty's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held on the afternoon of Tuesday 25 June at the Royal College of Physicians, 11 St Andrews Place, London, NW1 4LE.

13:00-13.45 Arrival and light lunch
13:45-15:15 AGM
15:15-16:00 Refreshments

The AGM from 13:45 - 15:15 will be live streamed to allow members to join virtually.

The AGM is open to FPH members only.

To register for the meeting, please complete the form below. Due to limited capacity at the venue, registrations for in-person attendance will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you register for virtual viewing, you will receive a separate email for online registration.

The deadline for registration is Tuesday 18 June.
