On 24 November 2021, FPH's Public Health and Primary Care SIG are hosting a free webinar on lessons learned to date from implementation of the 'Community Health Worker' model in Westminster, London.


Speakers will discuss the development and implementation of the 'Community Health Worker' model and lessons learned for other areas around the UK interested to develop similar services.
