Translating Research into Public Health Impact

19th May 2026, 11:30am - 12:30pm, Online

Join us for an insightful session hosted by the Faculty of Public Health's Academic Public Health Special Interest Group.

This webinar will explore how research findings can be translated into meaningful and impactful outputs that improve or protect population health, deliver cost savings within healthcare systems, and enhance the efficiency of healthcare delivery.

You’ll gain practical guidance on how to articulate and evidence research impact within funding applications, helping researchers strengthen the competitiveness and relevance of their proposals.

The session will be presented by Chris Charlton‑Matthews, Senior Research Operations Manager at King’s College London.
