Achieving optimal community, people, patient and population health and well-being, and positive lifestyles throughout their life course requires a shift from fragmented, curative, and hospital-centric and disease-specific initiatives to prioritizing integrated Public Health: Protection, Promotion and Prevention and Revitalizing Primary Health Care through district and national Health Systems Strengthening. This requires integrated and decentralized universal health service delivery grounded in the WHO Health Systems Framework: - aligning and harmonizing service delivery, leadership, governance, and management, health professional workforce, leadership, governance, and management, surveillance and information, health products and technology, financing to achieve access, coverage, and quality, services that are safe and affordable for all populations.
