Practitioner Membership Upgrade
If you are a CIEH Member or Fellow, you are eligible to become a FPH Practitioner member, fees would apply.

- Post-nominal, you can use the post nominals PFPH whilst you are a member of the Faculty.
- The opportunity to join the EUPHA membership.
Eligibility
- A Graduate qualification in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Current experience working at the level of a practitioner for at least 3 years.
