Quality Improvement Activity

A quality improvement activity for revalidation requires you to demonstrate that you regularly participate in activities that review and evaluate the quality of your work. It can take many forms depending on the roles you do and the nature of your practise.

If you are connected to FPH for revalidation, at each appraisal you are expected to present and discuss with your appraiser, evidence of at least one quality improvement activity. In addition, over the five year revalidation cycle, you are expected to review all aspects of your scope of work.
